Professionally, Rachel McClure has a robust background in project management and design. Since 2014, she gained experience in managing marketing teams and maintaining websites at Miami University, and several other companies in the Midwest. Beginning in 2021, she worked as an Administrative Project Specialist with Edessa Research Consultants, where she honed her skills in handling complex projects and optimizing administrative processes in the nonprofit space. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University, where she was a First Team Academic All-American on the women’s basketball team.

Two years ago, Rachel took a bold step by starting her own company, Benaiah Design, LLC, where she specializes in website and social media management, art, and graphic design. Her entrepreneurial spirit and expertise have allowed her to assist various companies in enhancing their online presence and visual identity. She is eager to serve EIG Insights in the same ways, and in whatever capacity is beneficial. 

Outside of professional pursuits, Rachel enjoys an active and creative lifestyle in Green Bay, WI. Her favorites are Bible studies, playing games, being outdoors, and spending most of her time with her new husband Josiah, his three children, and her young daughter.
