Allan is a life-longer learner and brings more than 10 years of experience in program and project management and monitoring and evaluation in both the for-profit and non-profit sector. He has advanced degrees In evaluation and business from Universities In Uganda and the UK. Allan has worked for Compassion International on measuring their program innovations. Allan has served in international NGOs including serving on the Board or Executive Council of the International Education and Resource Network (iEARN) and coordinating and managing multi-country projects such as the Adobe Youth Voices.
